These terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, waitlist registrants, and customers who place orders.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

Products & pricing

All product descriptions, ingredient lists and claims on this website are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We reserve the right to modify formulations, packaging or product descriptions without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Pricing: All prices shown are approximate and inclusive of VAT where applicable. The final price will be confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Availability: The Advanced Night Cream is currently in production. Prices and availability shown are indicative only until the product officially launches. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a binding order.

Orders & payment

When the product becomes available for purchase, the following conditions will apply:

• Order confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
• Order cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at [email protected].
• Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent activity.
• VAT: Prices include VAT where applicable under Bulgarian and EU law. VAT receipts are provided with all orders.

Delivery

We ship across the EU and internationally. Full delivery terms, costs and estimated timelines will be published on the website at the time of launch. The following general conditions apply:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery costs may apply.
• Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & refunds

In accordance with EU consumer rights law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.

Liability

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties or representations as to the completeness, accuracy or suitability of any information for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moneoderm shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the website or any service
• Any loss of data, profits or business arising from reliance on information on this website
• Any allergic reaction or adverse skin reaction to our products where you have not conducted a patch test as recommended

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. These links do not constitute endorsement of those websites or their content. We have no control over the content of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
